Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

UK Delivery Times
Standard UK delivery typically takes 7–15 business days from dispatch. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, please contact us at original.two.8@gmail.com and we'll investigate right away.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occasionally happen due to high demand (e.g. over Christmas), customs processing, or courier issues outside our control. We'll do our best to keep you updated if this affects your order.

Split Shipments
We work with multiple suppliers, so items in the same order may be sent from different locations and arrive separately. You'll receive tracking information for each parcel individually. There's no extra shipping charge for split shipments.
