Welcome to Original.Two.8. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Original.Two.8. We operate this store, including all related information, content, features, tools and products, to give you a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include delivery charges, which are shown at checkout before you complete your order. You confirm that any payment details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.
5. Shipping and delivery
Standard UK delivery timeframes are 7–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other events outside our reasonable control. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.
6. Returns and refunds
Purchases may be returned or refunded solely in accordance with our Refund Policy, which includes your 14-day statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

All content on the Services — including trademarks, text, images, graphics and design — is owned by Original.Two.8 or our licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Shopify's own trademarks and logos belong to Shopify.

Original.Two.8 is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Any purchase you make is a transaction directly between you and Original.Two.8. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of that sale, including loss or damage arising from products purchased.

Any personal information we collect through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Because our Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify also processes certain information about your use of the Services — see Shopify's own privacy policy for details.

If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback, you grant us a royalty-free licence to use it to improve our Services. We're under no obligation to keep feedback confidential, compensate you for it, or act on it.
